Despite the fact the plumbing and central heating industry has changed and evolved over my 40 years of trade, customer service has been the one constant focus. When undertaking any work, clean sheets are laid to protect all carpets and furniture and houses are treated with respect at all times. I own public liability insurance of up to £5 million, meaning if any accidents were to happen, we are covered.
